Meet Your Mentors
Olivia Giaccio
2x Olympian, World #1 Mogul Skier (2025-2026), Columbia Graduate
Olivia Giaccio is a 2x Team USA Olympian and World Cup Athlete competing on the FIS Freestyle Moguls World Cup Tour. She finished the 2025-26 season ranked #1 in the world! Beyond her accolades, she has made a strong impact on the mogul skiing community, both globally and domestically, as she was the Stifel US Ski Team's 2025 Buddy Werner Award Recipient (denoting her outstanding sportsmanship and character).
Olivia pairs elite competitive experience with formal training, graduating Magna Cum Laude with her BA in Psychology at Columbia University. She is a Phi Beta Kappa Society Member, a distinction given to graduating students in the top 10 percent of the class on a basis of merit, character, and excellence beyond the classroom. While at Columbia, she successfully balanced a full course load with the strenuous everyday demands of training and competing on the World Cup Tour. She is now one year into completing her Master's in Social Work - also at Columbia University.
Olivia’s interests lie at the intersection of investing in the welfare of future populations and conserving the outdoor spaces she loves to recreate in. Currently, she is a member of the Protect Our Winters Athlete Alliance, works as a Research Assistant at the University of Utah's HEART Lab, and volunteers at Read Ahead as a student mentor. In her free time, she adores skiing, mountain biking, camping, reading, doing yoga/pilates, cooking, baking, and spending time with friends.
Amy Wotovich is a Harvard graduate, an Ivy League Champion, and CSCAA Scholar All-American springboard diver who served two terms as captain of Harvard's Varsity Swimming and Diving Team — one of only six athletes in program history to hold that distinction. While at Harvard, she studied under psychologist Dr. Ellen Langer and trained under Dr. Tiffany Jones, mental performance coach to Olympic gold medalist Sunisa Lee.
She is the founder of Back the Team, a mental performance platform where she has led mindset training for more than 100 athletes across 13 states and four countries, and shares daily mindset insights read by 400,000 people each month. A recognized voice in mental performance, Amy has built the most comprehensive mindset dataset in Olympic and Paralympic history, drawing on interviews with more than 200 members of the 2026 U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Team to understand how the world's top athletes train their minds.
A practiced public speaker, Amy has brought her work to audiences including the Harvard Women in Entrepreneurship conference and collegiate club teams nationwide, sharing mindset training in a way that is fun, engaging, and memorable.
Outside of her work, Amy is an avid traveler and a certified group fitness instructor. She is likely to be found hitting the slopes, exploring a new hiking trail, and practicing yoga and pilates, always with a good question at the ready.
