These conversations spark authentic connection and leave students motivated and ready to crush their goals.
Daily Mindset Challenges
Rooted in the science that it takes sixty six days to form a habit, Back The Team’s daily mindset challenges blend Harvard psychology with world-class mental performance coaching. Athletes chase one percent improvement each day, and that growth is magnified by a supportive community moving in the same direction.
Mentor Motivation & Encouragement
Every day, participants receive a personal message from their mentor: a story, insight, or challenge drawn from their real experience. These daily lessons turn abstract ideas like focus, consistency, and resilience into concrete actions, helping athletes apply them to their own training and competition. It’s a very unique experience to have a world class athlete know you by name and be personally rooting for you.
