Kristin Kit
2x Olympian • Olympic Gold Medalist (Tokyo 2020) • Olympic Silver Medalist (Paris 2024) • Paralympic Bronze Medalist (Rio 2016) • Paralympic debut in London 2012
A four-time Olympian and Paralympian (2012, 2016, 2020, 2024), Kristen Kit stands among the most accomplished coxswains in the sport’s history. She steered Canada’s Women’s Eight to Olympic gold in Tokyo 2020 and Olympic silver in Paris 2024, and earlier led the mixed coxed four to Canada’s first-ever Paralympic rowing medal at Rio 2016.
As a coxswain, Kristen’s impact goes far beyond medals. She is known for her clarity under pressure, her ability to elevate athletes when it matters most, and her rare gift for helping teammates find confidence, trust, and composure in high-stress moments. She has also raced professionally as a UCI Continental road cyclist, giving her a multisport understanding of leadership, performance, and mental toughness.
Opportunities to learn from a world-class coxswain—let alone an Olympic champion—are incredibly rare. This January, coxswains will have the chance to work directly with one of the best to ever sit in the seat. This is your moment to level up with Kristen Kit, quiet self-doubt, and build the confidence, clarity, and race-day leadership that define elite performance.
