From Olympic Podiums to Mentorship: Jaelin Kauf Headlines Back The Team’s November Cohort
Back The Team, the first-of-its-kind mentorship platform connecting youth athletes with Olympians and Paralympians, is proud to announce that Jaelin Kauf — Olympic Silver Medalist, World Champion, 16x World Cup winner, and 7x U.S. Champion — will headline a November mentorship cohort.
Coming off one of the most dominant seasons in history, which included 14 consecutive podiums, 3 Crystal Globes, and the 2025 Dual Moguls World Champion crown, Kauf is opening the door to an intimate mentorship experience designed to inspire the next generation of athletes.
“Fear is always there: not just fear of jumping, but fear of getting hurt, crashing, or pushing boundaries,” says Kauf. “Regardless of the level, we all get scared out there when we’re trying new things. That’s real.”
Over four weeks, athletes will learn how Kauf has turned those very moments into fuel for her career, from her first Olympics at age 21 to becoming one of the fastest women in moguls history.
“Pressure and expectations come from everywhere. Pressure from yourself, from coaches, from family, and even from friends,” Kauf explains. “Learning how to deal with that pressure has been one of the biggest parts of my career.”
And it’s not just about medals or podiums. “It’s not just about the results,” Kauf emphasizes. “It’s about making it all happen….the practical, realistic side of training, traveling, and figuring it out.”
