2025 Wrapped
Back The Team didn’t just launch in 2025. It proved something:
That mindset mentorship led by elite athletes works.
In just a few months, we earned trust from Olympians, families, coaches, and partners by staying relentlessly athlete-first and execution-driven. This year was about laying a real foundation.
Let’s rewind the moments that set us up for a record-breaking 2026 🚀
1. The Beginning
Every journey starts somewhere.
For Back The Team, it started September 1, 2025, with our launch at Harvard Business School. Alongside freestyle mogul skier Nick Page and Olympian Priscilla Loomis, we ran our very first mentorship cohorts.
Two mentors. One clear mission. From day one.
2. Moguls Became the Launchpad
Shortly after launch, Back The Team partnered with moguls clubs and coaches across all U.S. freestyle geographic divisions.
Moguls became our proving ground, and for good reason. The sport demands everything mindset mentorship stands for: trust, resilience, fear management, elite focus, and tight-knit community.
3. Mentor Roster Expansion
Momentum attracts belief.
As results started to speak for themselves, our mentor roster grew — welcoming Tess Johnson, Jaelin Kauf, and Phil Marquis into the Back The Team universe.
Each new mentor wasn’t just an addition. It was a signal.
Elite athletes believed in the mission enough to put their name, time, and story behind it.
And we’re just getting started.
4. First IRL Moment
This was the “oh wow, this is real” moment.
We hosted our first Train With Me session at the USSA Center of Excellence in Park City with Nick Page, bringing mindset mentorship directly into live training environments.
Train With Me sessions are where inspiration comes to life. A Train With Me is an in-person training experience where a Back The Team athlete earns the chance to step into their mentor’s world. It’s a front-row seat to how elite athletes train, think, and perform.
5. Growth Ahead
The signal got loud.
With 200k+ social reach, national media features, corporate partners, and collaborations with mindset researchers and world-class athletes, we are BACKED by a team of support.
Most importantly: families and athletes are showing up.
We are deeply grateful for the trust, energy, and momentum that continue to carry us forward.
6. Looking Ahead to 2026
The runway is clear.
With the Olympic Games beginning in February, 2026 will be one for the books. We are thrilled to announce that Back The Team will be on-site in Milan for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
More mentors.
More mentorship.
Deeper athlete experiences.
Bigger moments.
The Back The Team Difference
Back The Team is built by athletes, for athletes. From inspiring the next generation of young athletes to taking inspiration from our Olympic & Paralympic mentors to a “Back The Team” team made entirely of former and current NCAA Division I athletes —
We don’t study the athletic journey. We’ve lived it.
And that lived experience is what makes Back The Team different.
2025 built the base. 2026 meets the moment.
