ALINA Müller
3x Olympian (Bronze Medalist) • 2018 Olympic All-Star Team • 5x NCAA All-American • First Drafted Player In PWHL-Boston History
Alina Müller has been redefining women’s hockey from the moment she burst onto the Olympic stage. A three-time Olympian (Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018, Beijing 2022) and three-time Women’s World Championship participant, she etched her name in history at just 15 years old—scoring Switzerland’s bronze-clinching goal in Sochi and becoming the youngest player ever to win an Olympic hockey medal. Four years later, she took PyeongChang by storm: 10 points in six games, the tournament’s leading scorer, Best Forward honors, and a spot on the Olympic All-Star Team. Back home, she carried the Zurich Lions to a league title and was crowned MVP of the Swiss Women’s League A.
Her dominance extended across the Atlantic at Northeastern University, where she paired a behavioral neuroscience degree with record-breaking plays on the ice. She racked up 60 points in a single season (fourth-best in the nation), tied for the NCAA lead with nine game-winning goals, and established herself as one of the most complete forwards in college hockey as a 5x NCAA All-American. Known not just for her numbers, but for her poise and leadership, Müller built a reputation for shining brightest when the stakes were highest. Today, she continues to raise the bar as the marquee European star for PWHL Boston.
A trailblazer for Swiss hockey, a role model for the next generation, and proof that no dream is too bold—Alina Müller is still writing her legacy. And this November, she’ll be sharing that legacy as a mentor with Back The Team, inspiring young athletes with the same grit, heart, and history-making drive that have defined her career.
