MY STORY
AMY WOTOVICH
Amy Wotovich is a Harvard graduate who, at 22-years old, has set out to interview 100% of the 2026 U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Team. Single-handedly.
Wotovich was raised in a Chesapeake Bay style lighthouse off the coast of Florida, without access to a television. Yet every Olympics, her family tuned in. It launched her own career as a NCAA springboard diver for the Harvard Crimson, and planted a curiosity for what drives athletes to the pinnacle of human performance.
Self-initiated and fueled by self-belief, the journey to 100% has come to life entirely on cold outreach, grit, and athlete referrals. In 50 days, Wotovich has interviewed over 150 Team USA athletes — Alysa Liu, Jessie Diggins, and Elana Meyers Taylor among them, alongside over 80% of the Paralympic team.
Her goal is to capture the mindset and deeply human stories of all 304 U.S. athletes across every Olympic and Paralympic event in Milano Cortina. And the surprising truth at the center of it all: you have more in common with the Olympic champion and the Paralympian making their debut than you'd think.
