Zack Digregorio

2022 Olympian Lake Placid World Cup Winner National Champion

Zack DiGregorio made his Olympic debut at the Beijing 2022 Games, competing in doubles luge and the team relay at just 20 years old. Since then, he has cemented his place as a leader in U.S. luge. Recently, he claimed gold at the 2023–24 Lake Placid World Cup, the 2023 Norton National Championships, and the 2022–23 U23 World Championships in Oberhof, Germany. Alongside teammate Sean Hollander, Zack has also captured six World Cup relay medals.

Beyond competition, Zack is no stranger to mentorship. He is the founder of Champions 4 Changes, a platform that pairs Olympians and Paralympians with neurodiverse communities through inclusive, four-week virtual fitness programs. Now on the road to Milano Cortina 2026, Zack is training with a long-term vision: to compete through 2034 and represent Team USA at a home Olympics. As a mentor for Back The Team, he’s building a legacy of grit, inclusion, and service.
