Our engagement model reflects the journey of building grit, teaming up, and dreaming big. Athletes can earn up to 1000 points across five areas—consistency (steady training), goals (setting and achieving milestones), wellness (recovery and mindset), community (contributing and connecting), and support (encouraging teammates and Olympians). The aim is for every athlete to feel recognized and encouraged as a well-rounded competitor.

From a single-parent household to the Olympic stage, Priscilla embodies resilience and drive. She knows what it means to chase a dream—and reach it. After falling just short of her goals in the 2012 Olympic Trials, her persistence and grit propelled her to the Rio stage, where she competed in the 2016 Olympic Games in high jump. She's a 3-time Hall of Fame inductee and 2-time Female Athlete of the Year.
Beyond the track, Priscilla runs two successful businesses, founded a nonprofit, and is a motivational speaker featured in The New York Times, Disney+, CNN, ESPN, and more.

100 athletes join a private, moderated groupchat with their Olympic cohort leader. Every week, the Olympian shares behind-the-scenes video clips: with encouragement, inspiration, stories, and advice. Athletes log their workouts, complete special wellness challenges, and climb the leaderboard for the chance to win an in-person “Train With Me” trip. The program also kicks off with a 30-minute live Q&A, and includes additional interactive elements like “Athlete of the Day” shoutouts and paired encouragement challenges. All selected participants receive a Certificate of Achievement for this honor.

We welcome athletes under 22 from anywhere in the U.S. and in any sport. Although each Olympic cohort leader specializes in a certain sport, their lessons on grit, motivation, and resilience are widely applicable to athletes across disciplines. All you need is to be excited and ready to train and commit for one month.
If you are under 13, you will need parent/guardian permission and help to sign up for your account on the group messaging platform.

Nope! The program is designed so you can train with the resources you have and your existing setup—whether that’s a full gym, a track, or your living room. We award points for engagement and effort!

This program does not replace your current coaching or training. Instead, it’s designed to help you show up more consistently and get more out of the training you already do by surrounding you with a motivated peer group and the inspiration of an Olympian role model. The goal is to commit more fully to your habits, while messages from your Olympian build the mental side of sport—resilience, grit, motivation, and confidence under pressure—qualities that make the difference in success as an athlete. The only specific training guidance you will receive is through weekly challenges co-designed by your Olympic leader, grounded in research and focused on becoming a holistic athlete through recovery, nutrition, and mental wellbeing.

Yes! We’ll have a live kickoff Q&A where you can ask anything on your mind, and you can also respond to their videos and ask questions in the groupchat. You might even get a personal shoutout in a video!

We award points for logging consistent workouts, training, and movement, completing wellness challenges, staying engaged in the group, and supporting other cohort members. Every effort counts!

At the end of the month, the top athlete on the leaderboard wins a flight (for you and a guardian) to meet your featured Olympian in person for a one-hour training and mentorship session.

It’s up to you—the program is designed to work flexibly around your existing training schedule. It adds only a few minutes a day to log workouts, engage with the group, and watch personal videos from your Olympian mentor.

Yes, this group is private and moderated, and all members must agree to clear community guidelines. We focus on keeping the community positive, respectful, and growth-oriented so all athletes can thrive!

We’re Amy and Taylor—for the past year we’ve carefully designed this program with support from the Harvard Innovation Labs and advisors at the IOC (International Olympic Committee) and USOPC (U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee). Amy competed in the USA Diving circuit before representing Harvard at the NCAA Championships; Taylor previously founded a global nonprofit reaching over 70K and has worked at the United Nations. Together, we’re lifelong believers in the power of sport to inspire boldness, discipline, and fuel big dreams.
